UCC’s admission form for the next academic year is now available online through the official UCC website (www.ucc.edu.gh). This window of opportunity allows aspiring students to submit their applications and fulfill their dreams of becoming part of the UCC community.

UCC Admission Requirements

UCC welcomes both local and international applicants who meet the admission requirements to apply for their preferred programs.

The minimum admission requirements dictate that candidates should possess credits (A1 – C6 in WASSCE and A – D in SSSCE) in English, Core Mathematics, Integrated Science (for Science-related programs), or Social Studies (for non-Science-related programs), along with three relevant elective subjects.

How to Apply for the UCC Admission Form

To ensure a successful application, follow these steps:

  1. Visit the UCC admission portal (www.ucc.edu.gh) or https://apply.ucc.edu.gh to apply.
  2. Purchase an e-voucher from accredited vendors.
  3. Log in using the voucher SERIAL and PIN.
  4. Select your mode of entry and entry type (e.g., Post WASSCE/SSCE, Post Diploma, Matured, etc.).
  5. Fill out the application form and attach a clear passport picture.
  6. Save your progress using the “SAVE AND CONTINUE LATER” button.
  7. Submit the form and generate a reference number.
  8. Provide correct information before submission, as changes afterward are not allowed.
  9. Log out after submission. You can track and print your application form on subsequent logins.

Vital Reminders

  • Ensure consistency in your name and picture throughout the registration process.
  • Your names on your ‘O’ or ‘A’ Level Certificates and other registration documents must match.
  • Eligibility requires candidates to be sixteen (16) years of age or older.
  • Candidates awaiting SSCE results or equivalent can apply as long as the results will be available at resumption.
  • A change of program after application submission is not allowed.
  • Register with a valid personal telephone (GSM) number and email address.
  • Submit your application before the deadline, as late forms will not be processed.
