WAEC Releases 2023 BECE Results – Steps to Check your BECE Results

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has announced the provisional results for the Basic Education Certificate Examination (BECE) for both school and private candidates. Here’s a breakdown of the important information you should be aware of.

WAEC Releases 2023 BECE results

For school candidates, WAEC will be dispatching the results to their respective schools through the Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Directors of Education.

Private candidates can conveniently access their BECE results on the official WAEC website at www.waecgh.org. This offers a quick and accessible way for individual candidates to retrieve their results.

WAEC has reported that the scripts of 22,270 candidates in specific subjects are under investigation for alleged mass cheating. The outcome of these investigations will determine whether the results will be canceled or released.

Stakeholders are cautioned to be vigilant against individuals promising result upgrades in exchange for a fee. WAEC emphasizes the security of its results and encourages candidates to verify their authenticity.
